Reporting to the Senior Associate Registrar Collections, Registrar's Office, and demonstrating experience in museum registration standards and exhibiting initiative, provide assistance primarily with a permanent collection furniture move to a study-storage facility, and other permanent collection tasks, including documentation reconciliation, shipment of acquisitions, accessioning, and long-term loan renewals. Inventory permanent collection and long-term loans prior to and following move. 2. Reconcile documentation, including paper and electronic [TMS] records. 3. Data entry [TMS] including updating object locations, deleting and creating storage locations in TMS. 4. Renew long-term loan contracts. 5. Prepare shipping manifests; release and receive shipments between Gallery facilities. 6. Arrange shipments and prepare documentation for gifts and long-term loans. 7. Assist with accessioning. 8. Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and copying. 9. Related duties as assigned.
