Ingram Content Group (ICG) is currently recruiting for a Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team in LaVergne, TN. This team member partners with management to provide analysis, development and administration of Ingram Content Group’s (ICG) compensation programs. Ensures consistent and equitable administration of the policies, procedures and programs across the different company entities, through data analysis and client consultation. Conducts job evaluations, determines FLSA status, applies appropriate market data, documents findings and recommends a grade level to be assigned.
Works with management to provide administration of the job evaluation program and ensures competitive assignment of job worth and placement within job hierarchy.
Prepares documentation of evaluations and provides recommendation to Director, Compensation.
Communicates with HR managers and client leadership to finalize job evaluations and ensure all needs are met.
Identifies market data needs and surveys appropriate for use in annual benchmark review process and job evaluations.
Participates in wage and salary surveys and appropriate third-party surveys.
Participates in the design and administration of base pay and incentive plans ensuring adherence to plan documents and regulations.
Maintains compliance with all compensation related federal and state regulations including FLSA, EEO, ADA, etc.
Assists with most compensation operational processes to include merit and bonus processes for all ICG companies.
Ensures accuracy of compensation data through periodic audits and other verification practices.
Works with HR Managers and department management to create and maintain relevant job descriptions for all active jobs in ICG.
Participates in the analysis, design and revision of job evaluation procedures as appropriate.

We would like our talented associate for this role to have at least these minimum skills & experience:
1 year compensation or human resources experience
Intermediate level experience using logic formulas with MS Excel
We’d be excited to hear if you also have the following experience:
Training or certified as a Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), Advanced Certified Compensation Professional (ACCP), or Master Certified Compensation Professional (MCCP)
MS Excel experience including pivot tables and V-lookups
Design, analysis and job evaluation experience
1 or more years of negotiation experience
