Business Coordinator In this position, the Business Coordinator supportst the Practice Manager and/or Director in overing the MTRH Clinic daily operations, including human resourses, purchasing, business services, patient care, and provider and patient relations. In addition, this position may assist patients in person and via the phone my making appointments, collecting demographic and insurance information, and directing calls to appropriate clinic personnel; as well as, preparing, maintaining, and facilitating access to patient medical recoreds for the purposes of patient care.
Occupational Health This includes identifying and meeting with employers who are potential clients of our occupational health services, drafting and entering into agreements with them to provide services, managing the relationship, facilitating scheduling of employees in the identified timeframes, Obtaining the appropriate DOT, OSHA and workers Compensation training related to the position, administering appropriate testing/screening, and following up after each appointment with results within specified times of each appointment of each individual contract. Duties also include marketing and public relations, employer and patient relations, and quality improvement related to occupational health services. This position will work collaboratively with physicians and mid-level providers, employer groups, clinical and ancillary support staff, and other hospital and clinic resources to ensure quality health care and service for all customers.
Occasional travel will be required to meet with prospective clients and facilities/providers.
