This position will act as the departmentâ™s first point of contact for all site inquires, via phone, email and fax. This position will provide administrative support to the department. This position will be responsible for ordering supplies, filing, and other office responsibilities, including ordering food and planning events. This position will also provide support on the clinical research studies by performing quality review of data, creating study folders, data entry, and aiding in the overall support of clinical trial development, maintenance and close-out, as needed. This position is 32 hours per week.
â¢ Associates degree and/or two yearsâ™ experience
â¢ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
â¢ Excellent telephone manner and progression demeanor
â¢ Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot while maintaining a professional and friendly manner
â¢ Ability to multi-task
â¢ Must be very detail oriented and organized
â¢ Must be flexible and willing to learn office processes
â¢ Ability to utilize a computer and programs such as Word and Excel
â¢ Familiarity with fundraising or running events
â¢ BrUOG is a very small office with a large responsibility to multiple organizations. The expectation is that the person filling this position will be able to work at a high level and provide the office with additional assistance in organization, quality reviews, data entry and overall general support as needed. This position is fluid although most highly associated with administrative and data review/entry. The importance of clean, organized, detailed work cannot be overstated. There are times at which working on weekends may be requested to support the overall office goal.
