Bullis School seeks energetic and dynamic candidates to teach Upper School Social Studies as a long-term substitute from April 2018 - June 2018 (exact dates to be determined). The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success as a high school social studies teacher, collaborated with colleagues in lesson design and planning, and guided students through research projects and writing. This position involves teaching eleventh grade AP US History and co-teaching Advanced Humanities Seminar with an English teacher.

Qualified candidates will possess at minimum an undergraduate degree in history or another social studies related field, with a graduate degree in related fields, or education preferred. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Teaching certificates are not required.
