Full time CRNA opportunity available at Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital. Must possess skills to administer general/regional anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care to ASA Class I, II, III, IV and V patients undergoing invasive diagnostic or surgical procedures. Cases consist primarily of limited orthopedics, endoscopy and general surgery. No cardiac, vascular or OB. Prefer 5 years experience as a CRNA. New graduates not eligible. Hours are 7am-3:30 PM. Call 1:3 with 45 min response time. This is a CNRA practice with no anesthesiologist.

Education: Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing. Graduate of a Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs (COA) accredited school of nurse anesthesia education.
Experience: None required.
Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner-Nurse Anesthetist in the State of Virginia. Current certification or recertification as an active, practicing nurse anesthetist as granted by the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Other: Maintain current BLS, PALS and ACLS certification. Good communication and interpersonal skills
