We offer more than the talent, resources and can-do culture - we offer a place to improve the lives of others while doing your life's best work.(sm) Senior Patient Care Coordinator will work on-site at our Irvine OfficeSchedule: Monday - Friday, starting as early as 7:00am, ending as late as 5:30pm - working 8 hours total Primary Responsibilities:Manage data entry in the quality reporting database, analyzes data integrity and works with provider offices to provide support /education on the correct use of the application Coordinate physician education through in-service training Coordinate member education on evidence-based guidelines through education, mailings, community-based events and direct outreach calls
Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GED 1 year experience in managed care, physician's office, or health plan Working knowledge of medical terminology Proficient in MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel EZ-Cap or similar database experience Experience with reporting and analysis Ability to travel up to 25% to local physician officesPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Bilingual Spanish Working knowledge of HMO benefits Advanced proficiency in MS; Word, Outlook , ExcelWhat's the first thing that happens when one of the most successful physician groups in Orange County comes together with a global leader in health care?
