The Security Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of the Premise Health physical security program. Operationally this role will partner with several departments to ensure to ensure that physical security operations and provisions are aligned with Premise Health policies, standards, and requirements. This includes regular interaction with clinical I.T. and Operational implementations teams, Compliance & Privacy, Information Security, Operations, Legal, Facilities, Human Resources, Employee Health & Safety, Corporate Risk, & Procurement. This position will be based in the Brentwood, TN office.
Provides oversight and direction regarding all aspects of physical security design for our clinical and corporate facilities across the nation.
Manages and oversees the implementation of physical security controls and technologies across all locations.
Establishes relationships with, and functions as the liaison between clinical operational teams, local and regional public safety and physical security teams, as well as corporate IT and security teams. List the duties and responsibilities of this role.

Demonstrated ability to manage a national facility security partner contract and relationship
Experience working with local government & public safety entities
Experience managing complex tasks with diverse stakeholders, cost constraints, and competing resource priorities
Experience with event management and associated physical security preparations
Ability to participate in cross functional groups and committees to determine and establish policy and standards
Interpersonal communication skills with an audience of diverse backgrounds and perspectives
Comfort leading employee training and awareness initiatives
Comfort conducting and participating in incident preparedness and response exercises including table top exercises, fire drills, personnel safety drills, etc.
Experience with national alarm monitoring services
General understanding of DVR, CCTV and camera systems, types, and capabilities
Experience operating and managing badge access systems
Understanding of fundamental corporate facility build and physical security design concepts
Basic understanding of facility building code and personnel safety requirements
Understanding of placement and function of physical security and privacy controls within a facility
Basic understanding of physical locking mechanisms and their uses.
Familiar with Standards and Practices under
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
PSC or PSP certifications preferred
Experience in healthcare and hospital settings preferred
5-7 years' experience in physical security management.
