POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for resolving customer service inquiries and problems, while maintaining the highest degree of service support to customers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Support Direct to Consumer Sales by responding to consumer's telephone and email requests about products, give proper technical advice and training as needed for all brands. Leaving detailed notes in our Customer Relations Software on all conversations and/or interactions. 2. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals assigned. 3. Refer jobbers to appropriate warehouse distributors if needed. 4. Take orders over the telephone from consumers. 5. Respond to consumer's questions via E-tickets in a timely manner. 6. Respond to customer voicemail messages and emails in a timely manner. 7. Advanced technical support and service for all brands 8. Monitor various forums and respond to consumers questions. Address any consumer concerns immediately. 9. Travel is occasionally required. 10. Perform other duties as assigned.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with customers over the telephone in a courteous and salesperson like manner. 2. Ability to work well in team environments. 3. Technical automotive and mechanical skills preferred. 4. Ability to use desktop computer to access information and enter orders. 5. Interest in performance vehicles, automotive parts, and the automotive/race industry in general preferred. 6. Organization skills, follow up and follow through, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
