The position is for 6 hours a week at $35.00 an hour assisting printmaking classes in the Visual Arts Program at Princeton University. Must be able to work during scheduled class hours. The position includes access to the print shop during non-public hours.
The assistant helps prep for demos, maintains the print shop and monitors the supplies. The assistant also lends students an extra hand to make sure proper printmaking procedures are followed.
A printmaking background and knowledge of safety issues related to printmaking is necessary.
