The Senior Administrative Coordinator works with all of the CSA staff in various roles which include event coordinator, budget management, student staff supervisor, and general office support.
Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.

Minimum four years of experience performing varied skilled clerical, fiscal and administrative duties in support of an office or department.
Proficient knowledge of office environments, administrative duties and ability to resolve complex problems and issues. Must have intermediate knowledge of web design and social media platforms to update standard information to CSA website within the content management system. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Proficiency in Access and Adobe InDesign preferred.
Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet established deadlines. Exercise sound judgment, decision-making and confidentiality. Work well both independently and as part of a team. Analytical, detail oriented problem solver. Quickly and accurately assess problems. Identify possible solutions appropriate to the given situation.
