Required Qualifications:1+ years of experience in business / finance analysis collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to management Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes Excellent communication, time / project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills Working knowledge of relational databases, database structuresPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related fieldSQL / SAS programming Experience building reporting in Tableau Healthcare experience Lean / Six Sigma exposureCareers with Optum.
