The Administrative Coordinator (AC) provides administrative support to the Comprehensive Pain Center (CPC). Primary duties of this position are report creation for routine analysis of clinic volume and operations activities, setting up meetings, reserving conference room space, preparing meeting minutes or other meeting materials, and coordinating meetings with attorneys. This position will be responsible for our incoming new referral work queue, meeting OHSU metrics for access, and confirming insurance eligibility or authorizations for new patient services.
The Administrative Coordinator must meet or exceed customer service standards in all interactions with patients, families, and all healthcare team members. Provides prompt, professional and courteous communications at all times.
This position directly reports to the Practice Manager.
This position will work remotely, off-site, for the majority of their time, but will be required to present on-site to CHH routinely for equipment maintenance, for designated meetings, or ad-hoc as needed.
