Under general supervision provides daily administration of the SC Johnson College of Business' Salesforce (customer relationship management) platform and integrated third party products including Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Conga, and Jitterbit. Works with colleagues, users and leadership to deliver solutions to business priorities for admissions, executive education, external relations, student services and others. Provides technical and user support for over 200 Salesforce users as well as participates as a project team member for a multitude of ongoing CRM projects.
Bachelor's degree in a technology or business related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce CRM administration and a proven track record of successful user support. Demonstrated ability to work closely with customers and peers. Be self-directed and motivated.
