Graduate Admissions seeks a Contractor for a temporary assignment. This Contractor will report to the Director of Graduate Admissions, and will assist in recruitment efforts for Babson's Graduate Working Professionals programs and develop a comprehensive alumni interview program. Along with other members of the Graduate Admissions Team, the Contractor will manage the conversion process from inquiry to applicant decision, and will be tasked with phone call outreach to inquiries, application review, and interviewing candidates for admission. This assignment is for 30-35 hours a week, from February -June.
Assist in the conversion process for Babson's Working Professionals programs including outreach to inquiries, applicants, and admitted candidates via telephone, mail, e-mail, and social media.
Responsible for one-to-one marketing efforts to inquiries including a variety of outreach strategies designed to convert inquiries to applicants, interview and counsel prospective students, evaluate their candidacy, and convert to enrolled students for Babson's Working Professionals programs.
Work closely with the Director of Graduate Admissions to develop and implement a comprehensive graduate school alumni interview program that will encourage alumni to engage with Graduate Admissions by conducting admissions interviews for high-potential applicants.
Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Education required. Master's degree strongly preferred.

At least 2 years of previous relevant experience recruiting graduate students
Demonstrated success in generating new and innovative strategies to aid in inquiry conversion.
Ability to handle multiple projects with frequent deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work effectively on a high-performance team
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Assignment is approved for 30-35 hours a week.
Most work hours may be completed remotely, though at least 1 day a week should be completed at Babson's main campus in Wellesley, MA during normal business hours.
Must have had a valid unrestricted U.S. Driver's License for one year, and maintain throughout employment an insurable (as determined by the College's insurer's criteria) or a satisfactory driving record; must successfully complete and pass the College's vehicle training program within the first 60 days of employment; annual or more frequent review of employee's driving record based on the College insurer's criteria; and safety training as required by management.
Additional Experience, Skills & Abilities:
Prior experience in recruiting for part-time programs for a competitive business school preferred.
Prior experience managing an Alumni Interview program preferred.
Prior experience with web based and electronic marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and data management and mining preferred.
