Primary Responsibilities:Provide analytical support to the organization's Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and Revenue Cycle teamsOversee the budget and forecast process for all G & A expense components of the organizationBuild and maintain collaborative working relationships with physicians, practice managers, and operational directorsPrepare meaningful, decision enabling financial reports for Senior Management that clearly articulate key business drivers and suggest action plans Prepare capital reporting and cost benefit analyses with understanding of long term cost / benefit and P&L impact Support M & A integration of financial processes, reporting and forecasting Assist in long range planning by creating detailed models based on current trends and strategic objectivesTrack the performance of strategic initiatives across multiple teams, and produce executive reporting to summarize progressPerform ad-hoc analysis to enhance business decisions and improve profitability This role will work independently and as a part of a team and will have Senior Executive exposure You'll have access to the most comprehensive data in the world. You'll need every bit of your knowledge and skill to sift through it and find the trends that tell the story.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred5+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial analytics, or a related capacityAdvanced proficiency level working with Excel Preferred Qualifications:Essbase and/or Smartview experienceExperience in a care delivery organizationProficiency in Access Careers with Optum.
