The Business Systems Workday Analyst will serve as key member of the Workday Solutions Team, responsible for supporting both Workday operations and system implementation projects.
Configure Workday to support core HCM, benefits, and payroll fixes and enhancements
Create and maintain custom reports
Facilitate design sessions for enhancements and changes to Workday functionality
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure policy aligns with practice
Drive continuous improvement of Workday HCM
Serve as a resource for Tier 3 end user support, exemplifying exceptional customer service
Participate in testing for semi-annual Workday updates
Systems Implementation Projects
Serve as a Workday SME to ensure university is making sound business decisions during implementation efforts
Collaborate with functional leads to capture and document business requirements
Participate in design sessions for new Workday functionality
Develop and lead functional system testing
Support Workday training and communication plans to support new Workday functionality
Drive and own multiple projects simultaneously
Advocate for business best practice to support and improve the University's processes
Lead Workday initiatives throughout the entire life-cycle, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing and rollout
Work collaboratively within the Workday Solution team and with cross-functional teams
Serve as a liaison between functional team, technical teams, campus and central offices
Leverage Workday community, resources, and network to stay abreast of enhancements and leading practice
Display excellent problem solving and communication skills
Meet project deadlines and provide transparent status updates
Additional Job Description:
