And to give back and to serve more people, we have created a multi-university, ongoing academic partnership to research efficacy of digital engagement tools to improve the well-being of seniors with dementia. Having established positive impact, we are now engaged in developing our own digital tools to make the technology more affordable and accessible.

Our Chief Financial Officer serves as an integral member of the senior leadership team. The CFO provides leadership, management, supervision, and the vision necessary to ensure that the organization has the proper financial resources and controls, as well as administrative and reporting procedures in place, to effectively grow the organization and to ensure both financial strength and efficiency.
The CFO will be responsible for developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with the CEO and leaders of programs, and will lead our efforts to ensure business units have adequate funding for explosive growth and ensure the organization exercises good stewardship over its financial resources. The CFO participates in Board of Trustee meetings and will serve as staff liaison to the Foundation Board and the Finance and Audit Committees of the Board of Trustees.
Master’s degree or CPA with significant management and leadership experience.
At least ten years of experience of increasing level of financial, operational, and managerial responsibilities.
Experience in creating performance metrics including financial successes and outcomes measures.
Skill in supporting the vision of the organization to ensure that all stakeholders share a consistent vision for the organization’s future and are engaged in and committed to making the vision a reality.
Demonstrated track record of leadership success.
The ability to follow and cheerfully execute the vision and direction set by more senior leaders.
