ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT OF RADIOLOGY LOOKING TO ADD FACULTY IN: MAMMOGRAPHY, GENERAL DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING, THORACIC IMAGING, NEURORADIOLOGY
A top academic program is adding additional faculty in several clinical divisions. This is an opportunity to practice 100% of your subspecialty interest and to teach highly motivated residents. The open faculty positions in the following divisions are:
Breast Imaging/Mammography—100% Breast Position to join a multidisciplinary team of dedicated and compassionate clinicians offering a complete range of breast imaging services—mammography, ultrasound, MRI, ultrasound guided, stereotactic-guided and MRI guided biopsy, pre-operative needle localizations, and 3D tomosynthesis.
Thoracic Imaging Section—The ideal candidate should be fellowship trained (or equivalent) in thoracic imaging (optional cardiac imaging) and have a strong interest in academic radiology. Non-fellowship trained candidates will also be considered for this faculty position and trained on-site. Diverse practice: Thoracic and cardiac imaging, biopsies, cardiovascular MRI, cardiovascular Computed Tomography, angiograms, etc.
Neuroradiology Division—is expanding to 8 full-time faculty. Position is 100% Diagnostic Neuroradiology and enjoys a broad spectrum of cases.
Diagnostic Division—is expanding to 9 full-time faculty. Broad spectrum of general diagnostic cases including ultrasound, MR, CT, plain radiographs of abdomen and pelvis, and other modalities.
Each position offers a competitive salary based upon rank. In addition: a rich benefits package that includes a highly funded 401k plan, other financial shelters, 10+ weeks' paid time off, and up to 15% to 20% protected time, which is negotiable.
