Department Name: 3L600:ITS Networking & Infrastructure
This position will function as a senior engineer working as part of a larger team in support of University communications systems including VoIP, Video over IP, contact center, & supporting systems. The engineer will be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Information Technology, Collaboration, and Communication fields. The role relies on technical experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The role performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision. An extensive degree of creativity and independent thinking is required.
Must be able to work collaboratively as well as independently, Must have complex problem solving skills, Microsoft Office Suite and Visio, Cisco Collaboration Suite.
