Full Time 40 hours Grade 051 Info System Schedule 8 AM-5 PM Responsibilities Job Summary: With the direction from the Training Manager and with considerable latitude for independent judgment, the Analyst is responsible for the collection and analysis of course registration data to schedule and enroll users in the correct Learning Management system (LMS) courses and related quality of accuracy for all URMC clinicians and staff. Responsible for the class LMS registration process, produce routine, non-complex regular monthly and ad hoc reports, provide analytical and reporting support to ISO Enterprise Training, the Medical Center and Affiliates and to the Director for the URMC Executive Steering Committee. Ensure appropriate level of security is provided to all URMC eRecord users based on LMS course completions and the course compliance reports via use of LMS and Excel. Provide guidance and counsel to department administrators, physicians and schedulers regarding class enrollment and compliance reports and identify opportunities for re-education or process efficiency to better performance. Maintain the eRecord and corresponding Scheduling helpline and email boxes, answering questions relating to courses, registration, trainings and reporting in a timely manner with customer service excellence. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Enterprise Training Manager/ Team Lead and with considerable latitude for Initiative and judgment: Understand, create and monitor the compliance of course scheduling and registration data Into the Learning Management system. Responsible for the production, interpretation and maintenance of enrollment quality assurance and compliance data. Recommend and assist Enterprise Training with the Implementation of new and/or modified scheduling enrollment processes and assurance reporting standards and formats. Record, track and trend the enterprise training enrollment results and report findings to the Enterprise Training leadership. Communicate with department administrators, physicians and schedulers regarding training and course registration and security activation questions or data relating to LMS registration accuracy standards and/or best practice standards. Communicate areas of concern to the Enterprise Training leadership and assist the Training Manager and Team Lead to allow for appropriate education either through classroom instruction, e-learning, workshops or at the department/individual level. Utilize various software packages, including LMS, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Point and others. Prepare monthly reports to Training Director for use in executive level management on enterprise training compliance quality assurance results. Prepare and electronically delivers weekly and monthly compliance reports to leaders and customers. Provide input to the Lead and Senior Programmer Analysts and eRecord Security Provisioning team on appropriate security set up based on Training compliance and quality assurance data via LMS, Excel, Access and SharePoint. Maintain the quality assurance LMS enrollment data formats for inclusion of all data elements. Prepare operational policy and procedures pertaining to position responsibilities. Serves as back up to the administrative assistance and Senior Analyst functions as needed. other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Science or Engineering. Prefer 2-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Requirements: Excellent organizational and problem solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and other PC software applications Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with all levels of leadership, physicians, management and staff
