The Department of Educational Leadership in the College of Education at East Carolina University seeks applicants for a tenure-track faculty position in K-12 Educational Leadership at the assistant or associate level.
The candidate will also provide leadership in the department’s K-12 Educational Doctorate (Ed.D.) program area; teach doctoral courses; engage in an active research and publication agenda and grant writing; demonstrate ability to connect teaching, research, and service to leadership practice in the field; serve as dissertation chair and committee member for doctoral students; and provide service to the university, community, and profession.
Finally, the successful candidate will join a department faculty engaged in K-12 educational scholarship and service in rural, eastern North Carolina as well as international educational experiences. The department is committed to issues of access and equity and currently offers Master's, Educational Specialist (fully on-line), and an Educational Doctorate degree (K12 and Higher Education Concentrations).
