Rider University invites applications for the Director, Digital Strategy who is the primary player in developing a vision for Rider's web, social media and mobile strategy. In this role, the Director is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Rider website, including the user experience, design, architecture, and accessibility of web, mobile and social media platforms. This position is expected to collaborate closely with the Office of Information Technology to ensure all digital platforms are continuously enhanced and in support of Rider's strategic vision.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required. 10+ Experience working in a University Digital environment. Background that includes design, wire-framing, coding and extensive project management. Core areas of expertise: User Experience Digital Media Content Strategy Mobile Analytics and Data Services Project Management Content Management Systems Customer Service Creative and Technical Expertise Communications and Marketing Brand Awareness Responsive Design Team Player
