Responsible for supporting cross-functional projects and tasks within the Governance and Quality Division for Clemson Online. Works on a collaborative basis with division leadership to assist the management of data analysis for, but not limited to, state authorization, quality, accessibility, statistical data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement of Clemson Online products and services. JOB DUTIES:
Project Support: 50% - Non-Essential Works with and reports directly to the Associate Director of Governance and Quality Division. Supports projects assigned by the Authorization and Accreditation Manager, Analytics and Assessment Manager, and Accessibility Coordinator. Conducts research and analysis of data and best practices under the direction of supervisor and division leadership. Creates presentations and reports for Clemson Online staff and other University entities under the direction of division leadership. Working with internal staff, ensures consistency and quality of Clemson Online products and services which have an impact on online programs and courses offered for both
Collaboration and Communication: 30% - Non-Essential Interfaces with division leadership on assigned projects and serves as a project coordinator to ensure timely completion of division projects and meet required deadlines. Offers insight and experience in a collaborative manner to division leadership and other Clemson Online staff, when needed or required. Communicates status updates to supervisor and division leadership about ongoing division projects and assigned tasks. Provides backup support for faculty and staff when needed for general questions and inquiries. Delivers oral presentations and writes reports on topics associated with accreditation, authorization, and statistical analyses.
Governance in Higher Education: 20% - Non-Essential Applies knowledge and experience in state and federal laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relating to online higher education. Helps ensure that all online education programs and courses comply with policies of the University, the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education, the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, and program/specialized accrediting agencies. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma and professional experience involving research, data management and record-keeping activities. A bachelor's degree with mathematice and/or statistics courses may be substituted for the required work experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Standard Hrs: 37.5; Band: 04; Salary range for this position is $37,300 - $45,500 PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

This is a temporary, time-limited postion (non FTE).
