There's never been a better time to do your life's best work.Primary Responsibilities: Analyze, review, forecast and trend large volumes of complex data Provide reporting, analysis and insights to support membership growth, retention efforts, planning and other business decision needs Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop new reporting and analysis to meet business needs and growth objectives Support short and long term operational / strategic business activities through analysis Manage vendor relationships and licenses Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and / or inaccurate data Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to the business, both in writing and verbally
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or High School Diploma / GED with 4+ years of related work experience 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting 3+ years of experience with synthesizing large volumes of data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas) and Microsoft PowerPoint (being able to present to large audiences) Experience with SQL, Database / data integration experience for preparing data for analysis (Read / Write access, maintain the data bases, Data integration tool)Ability to travel up to 10% domesticallyPreferred Qualifications: Health care experience, preferably in Medicaid or Medicare Familiarity with Salesforce Experience or Knowledge of SMRT (UHG system only)Advanced or higher level of proficiency with one or more database management systemsKnowledge with SMRT reporting toolsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
