Answer phone, take accurate messages, check emails and provide timely response.
Review resident forms, file documents and organize resident files.
Assist with program planning, events, activities, educational presentations, and create fliers and sign-up sheets for activities, presentations, events, etc. Assists in publication of monthly building calendar and newsletter.
Assists with the US government food commodities’ distribution and paperwork.
Accurately enter resident data into ProCor (professional service coordinator software).
Responds to residents requests for assistance for social services.
Work cooperatively and collaboratively with the Service Coordination team, the Senior Services staff, and the Housing staff and take direction appropriately.
When directed by the Service Coordinator, assists residents in accessing programs and services, completing applications and making referrals.
Relays information daily with the Service Coordinator about their interactions with the residents and the residents request for social services.
Preferred Requirements: Associate’s degree. One to three years relevant experience.
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma.
