The Coordinator, Administration and Technology Operations is responsible for Academic Support and Access Center (ASAC) customer service, operations and logistics, web-content publication, and management of database systems. This position is responsible for directing customer service; implementing administrative procedures; providing fiscal and budgetary support; managing facilities; directing publicity; and hiring, training, and supervising administrative staff.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, training, and experience required.
Three years of professional experience

Ability to communicate with external vendors and coordinate with on-campus resources (OIT, etc.)

Excellent customer service, supervisory, and teamwork skills
Project management experience
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Prior supervisory experience
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Experience and customer service in a postsecondary setting
