In this role you'll place offers and requests for assistance in the context of patient safety, and foster a climate where assistance will be actively sought and offered. 20 minute response time for all emergency and OB cases; one CRNA available for after-hours, weekends and holidays. Ability, based on experience and knowledge, to work autonomously is required.
Regional anesthesia major and minor nerve blocks
Neuraxial anesthesia –epidural and intrathecal anesthesia
Obstetric anesthesia – epidural and intrathecal analgesia
Lumbar epidural steroid injections
Peripherally inserted Central Catheter (PICC) placement
Radial artery cannulation
Pre-anesthesia evaluation and assessment
Post-operative and Short- Stay evaluation and assessment.
PeaceHealth Peace Harbor requires all CRNA's to have and maintain current national certification by the AANA, as well as current nursing license in the state of Oregon.
Each CRNA is an active member of the Medical Staff and a Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP). Experience commensurate with an independent practice environment is preferred.
