Babson's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in Wellesley, Massachusetts seeks nominations for and expressions of interest in the position of the Director of Graduate Admissions.
The Director, in collaboration with the President and the Murata Dean of the Graduate School, sets the strategic direction and defines, builds, and leverages strategic partnerships with other academic units, associations, learning organizations, and others.
Serving as a member of the senior leadership team on the Graduate School Cabinet, the Director will be able to envision, articulate and achieve a comprehensive graduate enrollment strategy while focusing and balancing multiple demands. Demonstrated leadership, positive and effective communication, an optimistic outlook, and inclusiveness are essential, as is the ability to build partnerships with a wide variety of individuals and organizations, both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional managerial skills as a team-builder who can motivate, inspire and empower staff committed to academic excellence, and who can develop and implement innovative and state-of-the-art enrollment and retention strategies in partnership with colleagues.
The Director will demonstrate support and development of a comprehensive, high-quality, data-driven, and evidence-based strategic admissions program that services domestic and international students.
