Pace University's College of Health Professions is seeking a Full-time Tenure Track Faculty Member to join our Health Science program on the Pleasantville and New York City campuses. We seek candidates that will help us develop our domestic (USA) health policy and advocacy agenda.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Will have a research doctorate (PhD, ScD, or EdD) in health policy, public policy, political science, sociology, law and health ethics, or a related social science.
Will have a minimum of three (3) years teaching experience within a higher education setting.
Will have an active program of research, a track record of published scholarship, and externally funded activity.
Will have a background in evidence-based practice and cultural competence.
Will have a strong commitment to teaching excellence, health-related scholarship that informs teaching, engagement, and service.
Will have experience in undergraduate teaching and/or professional experience in health policy and advocacy.
Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Domestic (USA) health policy; program evaluation; health services delivery and/or ethics; health disparities and inequities; health and social policy; and health advocacy.

Established in 2010, the College of Health Professions at Pace University offers a broad range of programs at the bachelor, master, and doctoral levels.
