The Department of Pediatrics is seeking an individual to provide supervision to a clerical support group assigned to clinical divisions, administration, as well as cross-coverage to other divisions within the department.
The primary responsibilities for this position include: supervision of support staff; maintain and update faculty curriculum vitae, database, credentialing packets, state and DEA licensure and completion of Medicaid/Medicare require paperwork.
Will manage Microsoft Outlook calendars for faculty and department; mail distribution for department; answer and screen phone calls for division(s) and prepare Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
Will prepare itineraries and schedule meetings for faculty; schedule appointments and provide phone assistance as needed. General office support includes filing, copying, typing, and faxing using Rightfax.
MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, AEHR, APM, Lightning Bolt, RightFax, and SCM, customer service skills.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Associates Degree preferred plus 3 or more years of experience, AEHR, Lightning Bolt, Rightfax, SCM and APM.
