Advertised Job Summary:
The Director of International Support for Faculty and Staff is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and directing a complex international program for USC faculty and staff. The Director monitors and contributes to shaping legislation affecting international educational exchange at the federal, state, and local levels and interprets, communicates and applies agency directives in the University environment. This position disseminates information to support faculty exchange and University internationalization efforts. The Director represents the University when engaging with national associations and provides input in drafting legislative advocacy materials for USC. This position is responsible for contributing to the formulation and administration of institutional policy and assumes a consulting, liaison and advocacy role on behalf of the University with outside agencies applying experience in immigration and related labor law for the recruitment and retention of highly talented international faculty and researchers.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree and 3 years related program management experience, or bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience.
