Primary Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant to the Office of Transfer Services and Director, Office of Transfer Services include:
Serve as office manager to coordinate and organize the efficient workflow of office processes.
As the first point of contact, ensure the highest quality of customer service for visitors via phone, e-mail or in person.
Serve as the budget manager which includes travel requests, authorizations, reimbursements, purchasing of office supplies and requisitions, and monthly budget reconciliation.
Provide support for activities, events, and critical functions associated with credit evaluation.
Produce regular reports associated with phone usage and visitor log.
Proved administrative support to the Director.
This position has supervisory responsibilities for one part-time Customer Service Specialist and work-study student(s).
Minimum Associate Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or related field.
