Reporting to the Director of the Business Training & Educational Services (BTES) the Office Associate provides frontline contact to BTES customers, business and industry clients, continuing education students, trainers, instructors, and all external and internal stakeholders; utilizes and maintains multiple database programs, including a customer database, contract training database and a national certification registration and scheduling database; organizes and processes course registrations; directs work flow in the office; develops promotional brochures and electronic media announcements; updates department website, creates course binders and prepares training materials; manages all BTES enrollment data, course registration processes, fee payments, and invoicing.

Six months of experience (600 hours of training) using computers to generate a variety of materials ranging from basic to complex; six months of experience (600 hours of course work) in office practices and procedures; six months of experience (600 hours of course work) in customer service.
Minimum of three to five years of experience working in a professional administrative/office management or project coordination role; skilled using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); experience working with database programs; strong communication and problem-solving skills; evidence of ability to work autonomously and professionally in a team environment; effective time management and organizational skills; ability to experience with Student Manager by ACEware, Cvent, Constant Contact; experience with the Student Information System(SIS) beneficial; brochure/flier design and development; program coordination/project management; evidence of being detail-oriented; experience in a customer-facing role.
Target Salary: $13.00 - $17.00 Hourly
