Tenure Track faculty position in the Discovery Theme area of Sustainable and Resilient Economy (SRE), in the field of process systems engineering with a focus in sustainable manufacturing, develops strong collaborative research toward sustainability and resilience of engineering systems through Ohio State's SRE program by working with interdisciplinary research teams. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, process control and process design. This position also develops and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses, advises students, directs graduate students, and serves on department, college and university committees. This position is anticipated to be filled at the associate professor level, however assistant- or full professor-level appointments will be considered for outstanding candidates. This position is partially funded by Ohio State's Discovery Themes Initiative, a significant faculty hiring investment in key thematic areas in which the university can build on its culture of academic collaboration to make a global impact.
