Responsible for assisting the Director of Development in all activities related to operation of the membership program within the Development department including: daily correspondence, phone contact, and customer service; processing of membership information and fulfillment of member benefits; maintaining membership database and files; production and assembly of mailings; set-up and staffing of membership special events; other duties as assigned.
Must be available 40 hours per week during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday); hours vary and may include some weekends and evenings.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; accuracy and attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills; database management skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office products; experience with current versions of Word, Excel, and Access.
Knowledge of university policies and procedures; experience in professional fundraising environment.
Target Salary: $15.51 - $16.83 Hourly
