You will join us at a pivotal moment, near the end of the leadership gifts phase of a carefully planned, multi-year campaign to raise $500 million to benefit UCF.
This position is responsible for independently performing identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of prospects, with emphasis on prospects up to $100,000+. This role is also responsible for the supervision of College of Sciences Advancement team.
Salary is competitive.
Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and six years of appropriate experience.
Should be able to process information independently.
Should be able to communicate effectively.
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, and handle the pressure of deadlines.
Should have managerial and interpersonal skills of negotiation, conflict resolution, active listening and team leadership.
