We are looking for a sparkling individual who can own the ideation, planning and execution of high profile and impactful community engagement initiatives, involving Fidelity senior executives and high caliber external individuals.
The Expertise We're Looking For
An ambidextrous and growth mindset, combining high emotional intelligence and passion for networking and relationship management, together with an outstanding structured approach to planning and achieving major milestones;
MA or MS degree required; humanistic background and human-center-design training preferred; MBA is a plus;
The Purpose of Your Role
Our team collects some of Fidelity executives' toughest strategic questions, explores the external innovation space, and ultimately creates opportunity for Fidelity's decision makers to connect with the most relevant thought leaders and companies that can accelerate strategy definition and execution.
Our deliverables can be senior executives' innovation trips, innovation fairs, networking events, online events, etc.
Your purpose is to maximize the breadth and quality of our internal and external engagement opportunities, in all formats. You run our entire engagement engine, expand it as you see fit, and create blueprints for the different formats: while the rest of the team brings the content, we count on you to ideate, plan and execute the most relevant deliverables.
The Skills You Bring
You are a self-starter, with the ability to ideate, plan and execute initiatives; thanks to you, things just happen
Your communication is engaging, and you can connect at all levels of the organization, in person, in verbal and written form, with both business and technology leaders
You are comfortable running in-person and online events, writing newsletters or blog posts, designing / setting up / managing intranet sites
The Value You Deliver
Leading the ideation, planning and execution of all engagement deliverable, being these innovation trips, fairs, networking events, online events, newsletters, blogs, ...
You are measured on the number, variety and quality (Net-Promoter-Score) of engagement opportunities you generate;
