KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS):
The Wholesale Group Operational Risk Office Measurement team has an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and run the Operational Risk Analytics and Monitoring program. Primary responsibilities of this job include:
Aggregation and analysis of risk information across core operational risk program platforms and assessment tools
Ongoing monitoring and reporting of risk data and insights to inform risk identification, scenario analysis, operational loss forecasting, and risk reduction
Develop and maintain end to end quality assurance routines
ADHOC analysis in support of regulatory and strategic imperatives
Role will closely coordinate with the following areas:
Wholesale Group Risk Office Data Analytic Solutions (DAS)
Wholesale Group Operational Risk Management Programs
Wholesale Group Operational Risk Office Oversight Teams
Corporate Operational Risk Management Services
Enterprise Risk Appetite and Key Indicator Programs

10+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 10+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 5+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

Other Desired Qualifications
Understanding of query development, database and entity relationship design
Experience with statistics and quantitative risk methodologies
Experience with Finance Risk Management or Capital Management
Proven ability to transform data into actionable intelligence
Experience with business intelligence tools and programming (VBA, SQL, SAS)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members, work through problems, and reach decisions that are in the best interest of the Company and customers
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
