Pediatric Hospitalist Division of Pediatric Inpatient Medicine University of Utah Health
The Division of Pediatric Inpatient Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Hospitalist to join the faculty in providing exceptional clinical care, teaching and research. The Hospitalist will provide coverage on all general inpatient teams at Primary Children’s Hospital and other practice facilities. Additionally, the Hospitalist will be closely involved in the creation, implementation and evaluation of multidisciplinary care process models aimed at improving patient care. The Hospitalist will also be actively involved in medical student and resident teaching in the inpatient setting. In addition to clinical service and education, there is an expectation for academic work, including investigation, administration as well as advocacy.
The qualified candidate must be Board Qualified/Board Certified in General Pediatrics. The selected candidate will receive a faculty appointment in the Department of Pediatrics on the Clinical or Tenure track at the academic level commensurate with experience and qualifications.
