The Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) is looking for a detail-orientated, customer service-focused professional to fill the role of Membership Data Assistant. As a key part of the membership team, the assistant will work collaboratively to maintain the integrity of the SGIA association management system to ensure accurate and timely reporting and list management, while supporting both members and internal customers.
Research and implement data changes in central membership database to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Support development of queries, reports, and list pulls.
Gain thorough understanding and expert-level knowledge of system and serve as a go-to resource for users.
Support members and prospective members as primary back up for receptionist, including answering incoming calls, emails, and live chats as needed.
Provide member services support on-site at events, as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data management
One to two years’ relevant experience
Experience building database queries, generating reports, and manipulating data through Excel, Access and association management systems.
