Managing Director, IT Risk, Compliance & Administration Position Summary: Assist Chief Information Officer in the management of the Information Technology Group. As the Group Head's right hand, act as the Group Head's go to person. The position ensures the group's infrastructure is maintained and operating. Duties: Responsible for oversight of IT Governance Serves as primary contact/IT liaison with Internal Audit and Operational Risk teams Assist with coordination for Ops and Tech Committee of the Board Responsible for oversight and messaging of management reports including Board Reports, Board and internal committee reports. Responsible for oversight of financial analysis and reporting in conjunction with FIG, budget variance reports, development of complex financial reports and making business recommendations FHFA exam coordination, reporting and oversight for IT Oversight responsibility for External Audit facilitation for IT Develop presentations on an as needed basis Manage technical staff Provide approvals on behalf of Chief Information Officer as designated Represent, communicate and coordinate IT on OROC and communicate and coordinate OROC information and requirements within the Group Oversight responsibility for control environment and Delivery Process Manager Function Provide awareness to Chief Information Officer and Senior Management as escalation path for areas that require managerial attention Maintain appropriate role based access for IT Senior Management Team Process, track, analyze, evaluate, approve and report all personnel changes. Monitor employee roster for consistency across the group in titles, grades & compensation Requirements: Bachelor degree in computer science, business or related field. MBA or equivalent experience including 10+ years experience in the areas of IT, project management and people management Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors: Highly organized, detailed and efficient Energetic self starter Flexibility and willingness to learn new things Comfort in dealing with all levels of the organization Creative Capable of multi tasking Strong communication and interpersonal skills
