The Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:
Providing a wide range of clinical social work services to infants, children and families in the Vascular Anomolies Center (VAC). VAC is a world premier center, a multidisciplinary team, providing highly specialized and innovative management and treatment of complex vascular conditions with many patients living outside of Massachusetts.
Psychosocial assessments, short-term focused counseling, case management and complex resource coordination.
Psychosocial consultation to medical team, family advocacy and program development.
To qualify, you must have:
Master's degree in Social Work, and LICSW licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
Experience with developmental disability, special education and issues around loss preferred.
Flexibility and the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills necessary.
Experience in medical environment is preferred.
Strong multidisciplinary team approach.
