Serve as administrative assistant to the Operating Office of Student Affairs and Administrative Coordinator in support of the Senior Associate Vice President, Associate Vice President/Dean of Students, and Associate Vice President for Municipal Services, relieving them of administrative duties as assigned.
50% - Non-Essential - Support in daily activities. Assists with the daily operations along with calendar support and coordination of meetings for the office. Assists with all daily operations of the office, screens and forwards calls and emails for the office to appropriate personnel. Takes and distributes meeting minutes. Assists with any follow-up work arising from meetings. Maintains files and assists in coordinating events. Serves as an advocate for students, faculty and visitors. Projects a student friendly and professional attitude.
30% - Non-Essential - Graduate Student Government (GSG) - Manage Graduate Student Government's Professional Enrichment Grants (PEG) intake process. This includes receiving and organizing all student post-travel paperwork and coordinating receipt of this information with Student Affairs Business Operations (SABO). Order all supplies and arrange travel as needed for CUSG & GSG officers. Assist in managing GSG work-study student and schedule.
10% - Non-Essential - Manage websites for Dean of Students and monitor updates for organizations charts for Sr. Associate Vice President, Associate Vice President/Dean of Students, Associate Vice President for Municipal Services. Assist Administrative Coordinator with Undergraduate Student Government & Graduate Student Government duties to include ordering business cards, name tags & provide new student door access.
10% - Non-Essential - Manage and reconcile supply orders. Retain receipts, prepare and process paperwork for monthly reconciliation of VISA and other billing statements. Communicates with SA Business Office w/verification of statements in a timely manner. Prepares and submits travel and other re-reimbursements. Tracks to ensure payment of invoices.
