Section II: Summary of Job Function
Under the direction of the Senior Director for Corporate Care, the Business Development Liaison is responsible for supporting all aspects of the RWJBarnabas Health Corporate Care product line including but not limited to project management, business development, reporting, advanced Agility implementation, volume/trend analysis and development of strategies to address, in conjunction with the operations team, development and execution of system best practices, and other projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in business, science or other related discipline. Master's degree preferred.

Section IV: Job Specific Requirements
Assist with project management specific to Corporate Care including, but not limited to, IT&S, marketing, billing and operations as assigned by the senior leadership of Corporate Care.
Provides insight to Senior Management related to emerging opportunities.
Advocates for initiatives aimed at improving processes
Acts as a business partner to promote patient volume at Corporate Care/Employee Health
Leads initiatives to build volume and favorable perceptions among internal and external clients
Works collaboratively with service line leaders, Site Managers, and others to gather feedback/research and executes communication strategies
Works collaboratively with other hospital departments that interact with Corporate Care/Employee Health offices, including IT
Management of the Agility/EMR implementation for new affiliates and for new users
Maintain company protocols and information in Agility; maintenance and development of protocols, contacts, email and all other necessary data
Special projects including but not limited to EMR training, webinars, site visits, physician roundtables and MedExec conference calls
Respond to and manage client service issues
Reporting, including but not limited to, monthly compliance reports, trend analysis, volume/productivity comparisons, safety reports and infectious control repots.
Assist with periodic and retroactive database corrections and modifications
Responsible for working with IT&S implementing all software updates/upgrades
Assist with audits including but not limited to billing, accounts receivable, standard operating procedures, supplies and all other necessary
Assist with the development of standard operating procedures and all necessary associated materials
Work with clinical staff on tracking annual competencies.
Generate easy to interpret reports based on collected data for special projects
Write improved procedural training manual for all affected departments/areas
All other duties as may be assigned
