Description About the Position: Peabody Special Education is searching for a research Research Associate. As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating a research lab, including supervising research assistants, organizing activities across multiple projects, and facilitating communication within the lab. Responsibilities: Involves work on federally funded grants focused on evaluating the Pyramid Model in early childhood and elementary settings. The primary focus for this position is a grant that involves randomized control trials investigating the efficacy of the Pyramid Model in Pre-K and Kindergarten classrooms. You will serve as the site coordinator and will participate in cross-site collaboration and communication, coordinate materials development, ensure data collection and study materials are updated and accessible, maintain study records, supervise training in data collection measures, track reliability and fidelity, schedule data collection, and oversee manage data entry. Involves supervising master's students' thesis research, including providing guidance in developing and refining research questions, creating and modifying data collection measures, creating and modifying intervention activities, managing data collection, and graphing and analyzing data. Participate in grant proposal and report writing, as well as writing for publication. Serve as a liaison with community partners, both public and private, to support high-quality early childhood programming and practices.
