Kansas Athletics, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for an Assistant Director, Computer & Ticket Operations. The Assistant Director, Computer & Ticket Operations is responsible for all aspects of the Paciolan ticketing system including maintenance, support, and troubleshooting. The position is also responsible for updating ticketing software and the training of all staff in the use of the ticketing system. This position is responsible for all aspects of the digital ticketing system and access management, including but not limited to, installation, set-up, and maintenance. This position will be involved in the training process of all new workers and provide supervision of them when required. This position will be the liaison to the KU Sales team.
Required: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; A minimum of two years’ experience in an athletics related ticket office using an automated ticketing system (e.g., Paciolan, Archtics, etc.); Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of customer service; Basic office equipment and computer skills; Ability to work an irregular work schedule including regular business office hours (8 am – 5 pm; Monday – Friday), and evening and weekend athletic events as assigned; Ability to travel with athletic teams as directed by the Director of Ticket Operations.
Preferred: A minimum of two years’ experience in an athletics related ticket office with the Paciolan Ticketing System; Demonstrated extensive knowledge of the Paciolan Ticketing System; Paciolan E-Venue experience
