Summary of Job Function: Office Manager will aid the Practice Manager in overseeing the day to day management of all office activities and staff to ensure that optimal patient care is given in accordance with Monmouth Medical Group policies and procedures in a courteous, timely and efficient manner. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors. Insure that [unit/department/division] is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications/Education/Training/Certification/Licensure College degree preferred or five years of practice management experience.Previous public contact work. Special Equipment/Skills Thorough knowledge of medical office operations, coding and terminology. Knowledge of billing system.
