This position is considered key to the growth and maintenance of Omni Senior Living’s portfolio. This position will hold the responsibility of conducting demographic analysis, collecting and maintaining detailed competitor information, and calculating market demand through proven models. Site selection and portfolio strategy will be strongly influenced by the constant research and findings from this employee. This position will also require a general knowledge of financial analysis and will participate in real estate evaluation.
Accountabilities: 1. Conduct demographic analysis based on Omni criteria 2. Perform intensive competitor research for potential and current markets 3. Develop and manage proven demand models to evaluate project feasibility and assist in site selection 4. Measure and track performance of Omni markets 5. Analyze financial information and evaluate real estate 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and manage information flow 7. Report findings through written and verbal communication to key management and outside clients.
