Responsible for the access to and administration of applications associated with complex system databases of supporting the Health System Quality & Performance Improvement initiatives. Performs analysis of data using appropriate electronic tools, and presents data and communication Health System wide through creation of user friendly electronic and other displays in a meaningful fashion. Works collaboratively with Quality teams and leadership. As an integral part of the team, looks at the whole system and processes – suggests improvements, streamlines activities, and formulates recommendations for further initiative efficiencies refinement based on current data evidence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze capabilities of existing system processes, and suggests improvements to ensure components are complete and well-defined. Documents changes made to system capable of auditing. Builds in changes and improvements in a systematic way ensuring that a sound process is behind all changes and system integrity is maintained.
Provides project management to define, plan and implement specific business objectives.
Demonstrates technical and judgmental skills required to perform quality improvement related initiatives.
Facilitate data availability and integration into the performance of the organization.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 5 years relevant experience
License/Certification: None required
